Welcome to VoiceMate! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VoiceMate mobile application ("the App") operated by Illumind Software LLP ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

VoiceMate is an AI-powered voice application that provides users with features such as:

• Voice cloning (via user recordings or uploads)
• Text-to-speech (TTS) generation
• Audio previews and downloads

The App is intended for personal, creative, and entertainment purposes only. You agree not to use the App or its features for any illegal, unethical, harmful, or unauthorized purposes, including (but not limited to):

• Impersonation of individuals
• Fraudulent communications
• Voice-based scams or harassment
• Infringement of others' privacy or intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we detect abuse or misuse of the App.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

VoiceMate is offered as a subscription-based service. You may choose from the following plans:

• Weekly — $6.99: 3 voice clones, 50,000 characters/week
• Monthly — $19.99: 6 voice clones, 300,000 characters/month
• Yearly — $99: Unlimited voice clones (swap anytime), 5 million characters/year
• Top-Up — $5: 50,000 extra characters (no expiry)

All prices are displayed in USD and may vary based on your region and app store. Payments are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective billing and cancellation policies.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription through the relevant app store
• We do not offer refunds for unused time or character quotas

3. Voice Cloning & Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content you create or generate using the App. By using the voice cloning feature, you agree that:

• You have the legal right to use and upload any audio you provide
• You will not generate or share content that is harmful, misleading, or infringing
• All cloned voices are used for lawful, creative, or personal purposes only

We disclaim all liability for misuse of AI-generated voices or audio. Any abuse of these features may result in suspension or permanent ban.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and features of the App are the intellectual property of Illumind Software LLP, except where third-party APIs and libraries are used.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the App without express permission.

5. Data and Privacy

At this time, we do not collect personal user data such as names or email addresses. If and when we begin collecting such data (e.g., to support account login features), we will update our Privacy Policy and obtain appropriate consent.

We do request access to:

• Microphone (for voice recording)
• File storage (for uploading audio)

These permissions are used solely to enable core app functionality.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the App's performance, accuracy, or reliability.

VoiceMate uses third-party services (e.g., ElevenLabs, Play.ht) for audio processing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to these services and are not responsible for their performance or availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Illumind Software LLP shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of the App
• Any content generated or shared using the App's AI or voice features
• Loss of data, profits, or access due to service interruptions or technical issues

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via in-app updates or notifications. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
