Credit Refunds

For voice generation credits and one-time purchases:

  • Technical issues: Full refund if our service fails to deliver

Voice Cloning Refunds

For custom voice cloning services:

  • If voice clone fails to generate: Full refund
  • Quality not satisfactory: Remake at no cost or full refund
  • Technical limitations discovered: Full refund available

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Used voice generation credits - Once you've successfully generated audio using our service
  • Downloaded audio files - Audio files that have been successfully generated and downloaded
  • Completed voice clones - Voice clones that meet quality standards and have been delivered
  • Subscription renewals - After the 14-day grace period for recurring billing cycles

Note: Exceptions may be made for technical issues on our end or exceptional circumstances.
